Hello!
It takes courage to seek support, and I’m glad you’re here.
I am a fully qualified professional- I hold a Masters degree in Person-Centred counselling and psychotherapy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Expressive Arts Therapy. I am also a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

My therapeutic approach is Humanistic, and you can read more about it here. I am trained in talk therapy, as well as using creative materials like art, dance/movement, drama and music in the therapy room. Using these resources will always be your choice, and we will work collaboratively to make the therapeutic space work for you.
I have extensive experience working with children aged 5 and above, as well as with adults across a wide range of concerns. My experience spans various settings, including charities, GP surgeries, schools, and higher education institutions. I can support you with concerns such as anxiety, low mood, identity, relationships, OCD, and issues in schools. In particular, I have worked extensively with clients who have experienced domestic and sexual abuse.
